This policy explains what data ExtendTimer collects, why, and how you can control it. ExtendTimer is built to work fully anonymously if you want — an account is only needed for stretch tracking, saved routines and Pro.

What we collect

If you don't create an account

Nothing is sent to us. Your timer settings and any local preferences (like sound choice) are stored only in your browser's local storage, on your device.

If you create an account

• Email address — used to sign you in and identify your account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and basic profile info from Google, nothing more.
• Stretch activity — total time stretched, which stretches you did and how often, so your dashboard can show progress.
• Saved routines — the stretch routines you build and choose to save.
• Profile info you choose to enter — height, weight, age and gender are entirely optional and only used to personalize your dashboard. You can leave any of these blank.
• Custom sounds — if you're a Pro subscriber and upload your own audio cues, those recordings are stored as part of your account data.
• Payment info — if you subscribe to Pro, payment is handled entirely by Paddle (our payment processor and merchant of record). We never see or store your card details.

How we use it

Solely to provide the service: authenticate you, save and display your stretch history and routines, apply your sound preferences, and manage your subscription status. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers below, who process it on our behalf.

Who we share data with

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles authentication. Your account data is stored on Supabase's infrastructure.
• Paddle — processes Pro subscription payments as merchant of record and handles billing, invoicing and tax compliance. See Paddle's privacy policy.
• Google — if you choose "Continue with Google" to sign in, Google provides your account email for authentication. We also use Google AdSense to show ads to non-members; AdSense may use cookies to personalize ads. See Google's privacy policy.

Cookies & local storage

We use your browser's local storage (not tracking cookies) to keep you signed in and remember preferences. If you're signed out, Google AdSense may set its own cookies to show ads — these disappear once you create a free account, since members never see ads.

Your data, your control

From your Dashboard's Account tab, you can export your data as a JSON file at any time, or permanently delete your stretch history, routines and profile with one click. To delete your account entirely (including your login), contact us using the email below.

Children's privacy

ExtendTimer is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of ExtendTimer after a change means you accept the updated policy.
