Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ExtendTimer (the "Service"), operated by ExtendTimer. By using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Not medical advice. ExtendTimer is a timing tool, not a fitness or medical program. Stretch within your own limits, stop if something hurts, and consult a doctor or physical therapist before starting any new exercise routine, especially if you have an injury or health condition.

The Service

ExtendTimer provides a guided stretching timer, usable for free without an account. Creating a free account adds stretch tracking, saved routines, a profile and an ad-free experience. A paid Pro subscription additionally unlocks unlimited routines, the full sound studio and custom sound uploads.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when creating an account. You may delete your data or request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

Pro subscription & billing

  • Pro is billed at $4.99/month or $29.99/year, and renews automatically until cancelled.
  • All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who act as merchant of record for all purchases — Paddle handles your payment details, taxes and receipts. Your relationship for the purposes of the payment transaction is with Paddle; see Paddle's Buyer Terms.
  • You can cancel or manage your subscription using the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by contacting us at the email below.
  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of a charge if you're not satisfied.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no attempting to bypass account or payment restrictions, reverse-engineering, scraping, or using the Service in a way that disrupts it for others.

Intellectual property

ExtendTimer's design, code and branding belong to us. Your stretch data, routines and any custom sounds you upload remain yours — we don't claim ownership of content you create.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose, including any health or fitness outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExtendTimer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any injury resulting from stretching exercises performed using the timer.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will update the "last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
